Why it's a good fit

Porsche ships most factory wheels in Platinum Silver or satin Aurum, from Carrera Classic and SportDesign spokes to the forged Turbo and RS Spyder designs. Our mobile service recolors those existing wheels with a direct-to-metal (DTM) color coating, turning OEM silver into blackout, graphite, gunmetal, bronze, or a cleaner OEM-style silver. This is color coating only, not curb-rash repair, refinishing, or new wheels.

Macan, Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan run staggered 20-to-22-inch fitments with wider rear wheels, while 911 GTS, GT3, and Turbo S models use center-lock hubs that need 400-plus ft-lb tooling instead of the usual lug bolts. We coat all four wheels so the set matches, respect the original staggered sizing, and work around TPMS sensors and center-lock caps. Coating happens in your driveway.

Finish directions for your Porsche

Not every finish works equally well on every make — here's what we actually recommend.

[ Porsche wheel — Blackout ]

Blackout

Blackout turns factory silver wheels stealth; satin hides brake dust, gloss pops on dark paint. The classic blacked-out, matte black Porsche look.

Common on: Macan, Cayenne, Panamera on dark or white paint
[ Porsche wheel — Graphite ]

Graphite

Graphite is a softer near-black grey that reads sporty on GT Silver, Agate Grey, and Dolomite Silver Porsches without full blackout contrast.

Common on: 911, Panamera, Taycan in silver or grey
[ Porsche wheel — Gunmetal ]

Gunmetal

Gunmetal splits silver and black, hides coastal brake dust well, and keeps a factory-sport look on lighter Porsche paint.

Common on: Cayenne, Macan, Taycan in white, silver, or grey
[ Porsche wheel — Silver ]

Silver

A clean Platinum/GT Silver-style coat refreshes oxidized factory wheels and keeps the OEM look, ideal on classic 911 and SportDesign spokes.

Common on: 911, Panamera, any OEM-silver refresh

Worth knowing before we arrive

Fort Lauderdale salt air and Porsche brake dust pit bare alloy and clear coat, so a sealed DTM coat protects the wheel face. We coat at your home or condo garage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Porsche questions

The questions Porsche owners actually ask before booking.

Do you repair curb rash or straighten bent wheels?

No. We only recolor wheels with a direct-to-metal color coating. If a wheel has deep curb damage, cracks, or bends, have it repaired first; we then coat over a sound surface in blackout, graphite, gunmetal, bronze, or silver.

Can you coat center-lock 911 wheels (GT3, Turbo S)?

Yes. Center-lock Porsche wheels need a 400-plus ft-lb socket and a specific torque procedure, not the lug bolts on a Cayenne or Macan. We bring the right tooling so the wheels come off, get coated, and torque back to spec correctly.

Will blacked-out wheels hold up to Fort Lauderdale salt air?

Coastal salt and Porsche brake dust attack bare aluminum and clear coat, causing pitting and white oxidation. A sealed DTM color coat covers the wheel face; rinse the wheels regularly and the blackout or graphite finish stays sharp even in garage humidity.

Do I have to match all four wheels?

Porsche staggered setups use wider rear wheels, so a mismatched front-to-rear color looks off. We coat the full set in one visit so your Taycan or Panamera reads as one finish, front to rear, in the same satin or gloss black.

Which finish is most popular on a Porsche?

Black, white, and grey are the most common Porsche colors, so blackout and graphite are the usual requests. The pairings on this page are illustrative examples based on popular Porsche colorways, not a tally of our jobs. We match the finish to your paint in person.
