How the coating works
What is Direct-to-Metal coating?
Traditional powder coating means pulling the wheel, stripping it to bare metal, and baking it in a curing oven at 350–400°F. DTM coating is a liquid, professional-grade system engineered to bond directly to the wheel's metal surface without a bake oven — that's the one difference that makes a driveway appointment possible at all.

On-car application
No Wheel Removal
Applied directly to the wheel while it's still mounted — no pulling, no re-torquing, no loose parts.

No Bake Oven
Cures at ambient temperature instead of 350–400°F — the reason a driveway appointment is possible at all.

TPMS Stays In Place
No cure-oven heat means no reason to pull your tire pressure sensors before coating.
Why it matters →Bonded, not wrapped
Bonded Direct to Metal
A liquid, professional-grade system bonded to the wheel itself — not a film laid over it like a vinyl wrap.
Wrap vs. coating →Turnaround
